Congratulations to Brødrene Dahl, now part of Kesko

Brødrene Dahl has a new owner. The Finnish group Kesko has completed its acquisition of Brødrene Dahl in Denmark and Norway and of Dahl in Sweden. We congratulate them and look forward to continuing our cooperation. For installers and project managers the message is the same as before: all our products can be ordered through Brødrene Dahl and Dahl.

New owner, same cooperation

Kesko announced the deal in June. The European Commission approved it without conditions in September, and it has now been completed. The seller was the French Saint-Gobain group. It marks a new chapter for a company with almost 140 years of history.

According to the Brødrene Dahl press release, the companies will continue as independent business units under their well-known names and with the same employees. Kesko’s top priority is continuity in customer relationships and reliable deliveries. Brødrene Dahl has told its suppliers that cooperation continues as before. That also applies to its cooperation with us.

Arne Nielsen A/S has supplied the HVAC and plumbing trade since 1969, and wholesalers are an important part of how we reach installers. That is why we are pleased that a strong and well-known wholesaler like Brødrene Dahl now has an owner that wants to invest in Nordic technical trade.

Order our products through Brødrene Dahl and Dahl

As an installer, service technician or project manager in Denmark and Norway you can order our full range through Brødrene Dahl, and in Sweden through Dahl, on your usual account and with your usual delivery. This includes:

  • Oil burners and spare parts from Oilon, Riello, Intercal, Herrmann, MHG, Kroll and our many other brands
  • Boilers from Ferroli and Intercal
  • Valves and controls, including Oventrop, Brahma and Suntec
  • Mobile heating from Thermobile
  • Wear parts and accessories such as nozzles, filters, ignition electrodes and couplings
